做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
