做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
