做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
