做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
