做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
