做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
