做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
