做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
