做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
