做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
