做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
