做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
