做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
