做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
