做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
