做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
