做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
