做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
