做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
