做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
