做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
