做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
