做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
