做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
