做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块(kuài )在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
