做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
