做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
