做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
