做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
