做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
