做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
