做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
