做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
