做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
