做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
