做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
