做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
