做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
