做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
