做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
