做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
