做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
