做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
