做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
