做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
