做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
