做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
