做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
