做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
