做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的(de )清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
